Accelerator time is scheduled each Wednesday at 11:30 in the Ion Beam Laboratory conference room. At that time, schedules are fixed for the following Monday through Sunday. Additional lead time may be allowed for users coming from distant points.

Where possible, users wanting schedule time are encouraged to be at the meeting or to send representatives. For those who cannot attend, we accept requests by email.

Please email your request to the address below. Give first, second and third choices for your request, since preference is given to users who are at the scheduling meeting (except for advance-scheduled out-of-town users as stated above).
