RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
His research is mainly focused on novel applications of ion beams in materials physics, with particular interests in fabrication/characterization of nanoparticles, rare-earth element doped materials, integration of optical devices with Si electronics, organic/polymer based devices, semiconductor defects and fundamentals in ion beam interactions with materials.
